CPCS Tests Pick Up

PTP are pleased to report that at the moment one of our clients is undertaking CPCS Theory and Practical Tests with up to two categories of plant for approximately 40 of their workers.  Following a development plan of training and ensuring candidates are ready for their tests, our Testers have been undertaking Theory Tests under Scheme rules, with 99% Pass rate.  Over the coming weeks, those candidates will be undertaking their practical tests.  We are pleased that the Employer is now taking time to ensure candidates are ready for Tests, thus saving money by undertaking only Theory in one day.  It can be a costly excersise if employers book both theory and practicals, and do not take the time to train and develop the employees as unfortunately the both tests have to be paid for in 1 day, even if the candidates fail.
